As the editor of Home Makeover magazine, I would like to compliment Intermind on the outstanding renovation work done for your client on the recent Commercial Drive area home. The salvation and improvement of heritage-era properties in Vancouver adds to the fabric of the city, and society. It is only through such careful preservation and modernization that older homes in the city have a future. The fact that this particular renovation also added the potential of badly needed affordable housing, and income for the owners, is the kind of approach to restoration that should act as a template for other builders, renovators and property owners.
