Contemporary high-end style is combined with Old-World charm in this completely transformed 1940's house.

Structural changes included relocation of stairways, new home office, and addition of mud room. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were complete updated.

Extensive architectural elements opened the main floor into flowing space with repetition of coffered, slopped and paneled ceilings, stone columns, Venetian plastered gates, sandstone and Spanish stucco indoor wall treatments, hand-scraped oak and Travertine floors, marble countertop and backsplash, wrought iron stairs and lighting fixtures.

Italian custom furnishing inspired by Classicism with customized kitchen cabinets set the style which continued through French doors onto a dark-stained deck with heavy stucco planters decorated with stone.

Glass mosaic fireplace set the multi-tonal color theme with six subtle shades of taupe tinted with yellow, green, orange and purple repeated on great room walls.

The unfinished basement was redesigned into an open entertainment area with French Provincial kitchenette.
