Community Art Project : “Come Paint & draw”: 100-W21st Ave: Annual Block Event Mixer!

New this year is a community based art initiative: 5'x 20' long canvas mural by Mila & Branko Djuras was hung between 2 trees starting July 24/25th. Areas were marked out for anyone to paint, write, sketch their vision :

"What does this community, this village, this world mean to you."

Help create the face of our community with your ideas, visions and words to share!

The community turned out in force to enjoy the day and make their mark on the canvas that was so graciously laid out by you. I was quite busy running around that day so I didn’t get a chance to say hello and chat to you two, Luka had a lot of fun! I wanted to thank the two of you once more for your great energy and focus on completing the layout. You helped make the group participation happen with your pre energy and set up, much appreciated. -- Harvey Chiang
